Production Time

Most orders are produced within 2–7 business days before shipping. Production times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, and seasonal demand.

Estimated Shipping Times

Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are:

Canada: 3–10 business days

United States: 3–8 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.

Estimated Total Delivery Time

Including production and shipping, most customers can expect their orders to arrive within:

Canada: 5–17 business days

United States: 5–15 business days

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your shipment from production to delivery.

Multiple Shipments

Some orders may arrive in separate packages. This can occur when products are produced or shipped from different fulfillment locations.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. TitanShield Pro is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible through our Contact page. We will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.
