Where do you ship?

We currently ship across Canada and the United States. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the products ordered.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Most orders are produced and shipped within 2–7 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes:

• Canada: 3–10 business days

• United States: 3–8 business days

Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

What size should I order?

Each product includes a size guide to help you choose the best fit. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Are your products suitable for jobsite use?

Many of our products are designed with tradespeople in mind and are built for everyday wear. However, apparel should not be considered certified personal protective equipment (PPE) unless specifically stated.
